2. How do we work on DigitalTravels.in ?

First send us demo request on info@digitaltravels.in . We will mail you startup guidelines and information regarding our software and also provide you demonstration of software as per your suitable date and time. If you are interested in working on our software than we will create your company on our online cloud and provide you access for a week for clear understanding of software. After working with our software for a week you could take better decision for joining with us.

3. Do you offer any free sessions?

Yes we provide free trial initially for one week which could be extended further for a week if you need.

4. What about the security of the data at your portal?

The portal is run on SSL (Secure Session Level) layer (i.e. https) which encrypt data and secure from any vulnerability. Daily basis backup of the data on different servers is taken. If the portal is left logged in for more than 10 minutes the session will automatically be expired. The portal also follows CERT-In (Computer Emergency Response Team, India) guideline to make it robust for any challenge for cyber attack

5. What to do if started creating bills and the party ledger is not created? Or Can we work on multiple tabs at the same time?

If you find at the time of billing that party is not available and you want to create a new party without exiting in the middle of entry of current bill, the solution is to open a new tab by simultaneously clicking on CTRL button of keyboard and home button on your screen of digitaltravels.in page. The multiple opening of tab will facilitate user to simultaneously work with multiple windows.

6. Do you provide any further customization?

Yes, minor changes can be done by us. Further upgradation of the software can be done according to your need on charges basis.

7. Is it real cloud-based software?

Yes, it is purely cloud based software operated from any operating system (Windows, Mac, Apple etc.). It can be accessed anytime and anywhere from any type of access device. It is a browser based software, there is no need of any kind of setup.
NOTE : Generally people claim of having a cloud based software cloud based but their databases is only on the cloud and software is run as desktop application and require setup up file to run on each machine.

9. Do this portal provide interfacing of the software with Amadeus or Galileo?

Yes, we do have interfacing with Amadeus and Galileo. Once the ticket is saved from Amadeus/Galileo, the system will automatically pick up data ( no need to get by entering PNR no) and put in pending for billing container

10. Do this portal have interfacing of the software with LLC Airlines?

Yes, we do have interfacing with LLC airlines. This is unique feature of software. No other software provide such a unique feature.

11.Do this portal have interfacing of the software with consolidators like Riya or Akbar?

Yes, Portal can provide interfacing with consolidators like Riya or Akbar.

12. Can we print multi types and multiple invoices in one go?

Yes, the feature is available which helps you to print multi type and multiple invoices in one go.

13. Do it handle all type of Accounting Vouchers?

Yes, it handles all type of the accounting vouchers like Receipt vouchers, Payment vouchers, Contra vouchers, Journal vouchers and Commission vouchers etc.

14. Do we have to copy/enter the details of the Passengers at the time of cancellation manually?

No, you don’t have to enter the value at the time of cancellation manually because we have a button which automatically shows you all the bills created you can choose the bill to be cancelled among them.

15. Will this portal helps us to file our GST returns prescribed by Government?

Yes, Portal will help to file your GST reports. Most of the features and compliances required for GST as per GST Act have been developed after a deep discussion with renowned Charted Accountants.

16. Does this portal provide functionality to calculate the difference between Sales and Purchase up to ticket/passenger level or calculate profit up to the level of ticket?

Yes, Portal provide such facility.

17. Can we calculate the difference between sales and purchase airlines wise or calculate profit up to the level of Airlines?
